On January 19, Jung Yong Hwa held his album release private showcase for his 1st solo album One Fine Day.
On this day, Jung Yong Hwa said, "Yoon Do Hyun was my role model since I was little. I went to his concerts when I was in middle school too. When I asked him to do a collaboration with me, he asked me to send him a song. After listening to it, he said, 'It's so good' and we worked on the song together right away in his workshop. He told me many great things."
Jung Yong Hwa did a collaboration with him in his album.
He continued, "The song I wrote was written for Yoon Do Hyun because I imagined his voice singing it. I wrote it as his fan. The greatest thing was I was nervous as I was contacting him but the moment he said it's good, it was as if all my burdens were laid down. He told me, 'It's good to see that you keep improving and you get deeper with your music'. I was so touched that my role model said such a thing to me. I think I should keep trying harder."
One Fine Day is Jung Yong Hwa's first solo album and it contains a total of 10 songs. It will be released on January 20.
