San E's agency, Brand New Music, stated, "Abuse at the event is unfounded, and we are thinking of taking legal action."
A representative from Brand New Music rebuted, "A person who claims to have been the musical director from that festival posted an outrageous, implicit article online." He or she also added, "To put it shortly, abusive behavior at an event is unacceptable, and even the verbal abuse is, of course, unfounded. The person who posted the article claims that San E showed up forty-five minutes late and later demanded re-equipment of the stage exchanging verbal abuse with the staff. [The article] is outrageous. We are currently in the situation of considering legal action against the implicit article."
The representative continued, "Although it is true that they asked us to arrive by 11:30, we told them two days in advanced that it was impossible and that we thought we could be there between 12:00 and 12:30. To this, organizers replied 'we understand' and even offered to adjust the show time for San E. We arrived on site at 11:50, and when we tried to go onstage, the stage was wet. Since San E jumps on stage while he sings, and because we were worried about the dancers, we politely asked to dry the stage. We are disgusted by this ridiculous, implicit article. We plan on taking legal action against the overly offensive article."
Earlier, on December 11, on a certain online bulletin board, a person who claims to have been the musical director at the festival published a lengthy article: "The Case of B-Manager of a Celebrity That Was at the Event." The controversial article refers to San E as "Mr. SAN-Something" and accuses him of being expected to arrive at 11:30 and being late. It also accuses San E of being verbally abusive while demanding the stage to be cleaned.
