Better known as the lead singer for the legendary rock band Boohwal, Jung Dong-ha will be going solo. After nine years since his debut, he'll be releasing his first solo album in October.
According to Evermore Music, the recording for the album was completed over the span of three days in Los Angeles from August 24-26th. Many famous musicians have recorded in the same studios, Ocean Way Studio and West Lake Studio. Some of the names include Frank Sinatra,
Madonna, Eric Clapton, Michael Jackson, and The Rolling Stones.
Notably, famous American drummer John JR Robinson recorded the drums session for Jung's album. Robinson has also recorded for the likes of Michael Jackson, Madonna, Daft Punk, and Quicy Jones.
Bassist Alex Al, who has recorded for Lionel Ritchie, Christina Aguilera, and Stevie Wonder, also took part on this album. The current guitarist for US artist Pharrel Williams lent his talents as well.
Jung's first solo album will be released in October.
