Big Bang to Kick Off ′2015 World Tour′ in Seoul with Plans to Visit 15 Countries

Revving up for a long-awaited comeback, Big Bang will begin its concert tour ahead of a new album release.

On April 2, YG Entertainment announced through its official blog that Big Bang will be having the 2015 World Tour in Seoul.

The concert will take place at the Olympic Park Gymnastics Hall on April 25 and 26 ahead of the group′s May 1 comeback, which was announced on April 1.

The world tour will kick off in Seoul before it heads to different parts of the world.

The upcoming world tour will continue into 2016 with plans to meet over 1,400,000 fans in 15 different countries with 70 concerts. The creative director for the shows will be LeRoy Bennett, who has worked on the stage designs of Prince, Paul McCartney, Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Rihanna and more. Videographer Ed Burke will also be joining as a createive director.

Having worked with Big Bang since its first world tour, Gil Smith will be participating in this year′s concert series as the music director once again, while producer Jonathan Lia, who has worked on the music videos of Kanye West, Beyonce, Madonna, and more, as well as over 100 staff members will be joining Big Bang on this ride.

Ticketing for the 2015 World Tour in Seoul will take place on April 6 and 7 at 8PM through Gmarket.
