Film "10 Minutes" Receives Jury Prix Award At Shanghai International Film Festival 2014-06-23 List Major News More Service

Korean film "10 Minutes", directed by Lee Yong-seung, received a special nod at the Shanghai International Film Festival which came to a close on June 22nd.

The 17th annual Shanghai International Film Festival saw an assortment of movies from all across Asia. The Jury Prix Award in the Asia New Talent category had nine contenders representing 9 countris: Korea, China, Thailand, Iran, India, and Japan. The Korean movie "10 Minutes" beat out the other films, winning the special award chosen by the board of judges. Director of the winning film, Lee Yong-seung was present at the festival to receive his honor.

The Best Film Award and Best Director Award in the Asia New Talent category went to Reza Dormishian’s film "I’m Not Angry!".
