Lee Chun Hee, one of the seven members of the cast of the new SBS variety show, “Law of the City,” talked about the hardships that the group had to face during their stay in New York City.
“We arrived in New York and we didn’t have money nor food to eat. Eventually, we ate something weird and just endured three days being hungry,” said Lee Chun Hee who had a hard time especially because of the extremely cold weather in the city at that time.
Moon of Royal Pirates added, “We even had to dig through trash.”
The new SBS variety show, “Law of the City,” is a reality variety program wherein the cast are brought to live in an unfamiliar city without a single penny, far from the Seoul city the cast are used to.
For the first season of the program, Lee Chun Hee, Kim Sung Soo, Jung Kyung Ho, Baek Jin Hee, Ailee, John Park, and Royal Pirates’ Moon went to New York City and tested their survival skills there for a month.
The show, which is a spin off of the SBS’ variety show, “Law of the Jungle,” starts airing on June 11, 11:15 p.m.
