SHINee was filming a message of support for Toheart when they realized a coincidence: One of the lines in Toheart's "Delicious" sounds very similar to the chorus of "Dream Girl," which SHINee released last year.

Toheart is a unit group with SHINee member Key and INFINITE's Woohyun, and apparently Key kept the unit secret from his bandmates for quite some time. SM Entertainment's official YouTube shared the video where the SHINee members pick on Key about him hiding his unit activity, when they uncovered the parallel lyrics.

One of Key's lines in "Delicious" is "Sweet Girl 널 원해 Dream Girl" (Sweet Girl I want you Dream Girl). Key sang only the two words "sweet girl" to the other SHINee members, and they immediately picked up on the fact that the way Key emphasized the line was very similar to how the chorus of "Dream Girl" sounds. Taemin was the first to say something, pointing out how similar the two lines sound, and Minho went as far as to joke that Key was a copy cat.

Key tried to prove the difference by singing the lyrics once again, but the rest of SHINee had too much fun picking on him and kept singing "sweet girl" with the same emphasis as the chorus in "Dream Girl."

After a short discussion of what it was like to film a music video for a unit, the conversation returned to the lyrics of the song. The members asked Key to sing a bit more of his lines, so he sang the full line. Hearing the rest, SHINee exclaimed over the fact that "Delicious" even had the words "dream girl" in it. Key said that that was why he hadn't wanted to sing more of the line.

However, that wasn't the end of teasing Key in the short video. Even though SHINee is supportive of Toheart, the members expressed slight annoyance with Key. The unit was meant to be kept a secret, and Key worried that his closest friends would let the secret out, so he thought it best to not tell SHINee.

Even though he tried to keep his activity a secret from them, Key expressed annoyance that SHINee hadn't shown up at the music video set, while INFINITE had come out to support Woohyun. But the other SHINee members reminded Key that he had kept everything a secret from them, so there would have been no way for them to know when the music video was being filmed.

Key also expressed his disbelief at the fact that he and Woohyun were actually able to form a unit group. The two are good friends, and Key said that the two of them performing as a unit seemed like a natural decision.

The video ended with SHINee showing support for Toheart, saying "Toheart fighting!"
