Jo Yeo Jung Signs with New Agency after Previous Controversy

After having controversy with her previous agency, actress Jo Yeo Jung finally found a new company to call home. On January 27, Neos Entertainment announced that the actress had signed an official contract with the company, and stated, “Jo Yeo Jung is a charming actress who has a strong record of experience in acting. We will direct her to continue acting, and we believe that as an actress she will bring a synergy affect to our company.”

Jo Yeo Jung first debuted as a magazine model back in 1997, and has since gained much experience under her belt. In 2010, she became the main actress for the movie “The Servant,” and afterwards became the main actress for the movie “The Concubine,” showing her growing success.

However, the actress has been embroiled in a controversy with her previous agency, Didim 531, when she began having contact with Spring Entertainment before the end of her official contract with Dideem 531. Thus, the Korean Entertainment Management Association had prevented the actress from signing with Spring Entertainment, and also banned Spring Entertainment from the association for two years.

With the new agency signing, we hope that Jo Yeo Jung can put the controversies behind her and continue to flourish in acting.
