“Roommate” Cast Members Have Some Fun Outside the Share House

The members of “Roommate” have once again proven how much they enjoy each others’ company!

On November 30, a photo featuring “Roommate” members Seo Kang Joon, Otani Ryohei, Bae Jong Ok, and Lee Gook Joo with wide smiles and looking very happy was uploaded on the personal Instagram account of “Roommate” PD Park Sang Hyuk.

In the photo, the four “Roommate” members weren’t able to hold themselves back from taking a group-fie as a rainbow was seen on the sky. The photo was posted together with the caption, “A rainbow has appeared at the Seongbok-dong sharehouse of Roommate.”

Meanwhile, the SBS weekend variety show “Roommate” was recently moved from its regular Sunday airing to Tuesday nights.

Shannon to Hold Her Debut Stage on “Hidden Singer”

Solo artist Shannon will be making her official debut on the season finale of JTBC’s “Hidden Singer 3.”

Although the singer was , it was recently announced that she has left the company and established a label on her own.

According to her new agency, Dap Sound, Shannon’s debut stage will take place on the evening of November 29, when the finale of “Hidden Singer 3″ will be broadcast.

The talent show holds a special meaning for the young artist, as she gained a lot of popularity after appearing on the IU special of the show in November 2013.

Shannon will be performing her debut song, “Daybreak Rain,” together with four back dancers. Choreographer Ian Eastwood, who is a representative figure of the urban hip-hop genre, has participated in designing the dance moves for the ballad song.

ZE:A's Siwan Buys Winter Jackets For "Misaeng" Staff 2014-11-26 List Major News More Service

Siwan of the idol group ZE:A is also making a name for himself as an actor...and generous gift giver.

According to reports, Siwan gave out padded windbreaker jackets to his fellow co-stars and staff of the popular drama "Misaeng".

Star Empire Entertainment shared that Siwan wanted to show his appreciation to those involved in "Misaeng" with a gift to help them fight the long, cold filming hours. The jackets are said to be red and green to honour the Christmas season.

2PM Fans 'Go Crazy' At Chicago Concert Before The Members' Military Enlistment [VIDEO]

It's not often a K-pop act drops by Chicago, and it's what makes the recent 2PM concert in the "Windy City" even more special.

On November 16, 2PM visited the Rosemont Theatre near Chicago as part of their "Go Crazy!" 2PM World Tour. On a recent KBC news broadcast, 2PM fans voiced their enthusiasm for group and the event.

"2PM is one of my favorite groups, so when I heard they were coming to Chicago, I knew I couldn't miss it," said a 2PM fan according to KBCTV.

With K-pop becoming more popular in the US, fans are hoping for more concert locations throughout the country.

"The only two bands that has come to Chicago are Boyfriend and 2PM (that I know of)," commented R Lazarini on YouTube. "I traveled to LA to meet Infinite, so I wish that many K-pop bands come to Chicago and perhaps make this city the K-pop capital."

This world tour is particularly special to fans as it may be one of the last chances to experience 2PM before the five Korean members of the group enlistment in mandatory military service.

During an interview with Joy News, 2PM member Jun.K discussed their plans to potentially enter the army at the same time.

“If we entered the army in a zigzag way (through age), it would take us six years to be complete as a group again," said the 26-year-old singer. "Truthfully, we don’t have a lot of members in our group. Whenever we do events and one or two members weren’t able to attend, it makes a really big difference too. We can probably do unit promotions too, but it’s still not 2PM.”

“I also want to enter (the army) together with the other members," added Wooyoung. "If the older members entered the army and we younger ones are left, I think it would be lonely. Although Jun.K does solo promotions in Japan and Taecyeon also film dramas, it feels odd and creates a huge gap when the members are not here.”

Swings will be undergoing the usual five weeks of training before serving 21 months in the Korean military.

[2014 MAMA/D-7] Super Junior Surges Ahead of EXO and Winner for Artist of the Year

With just seven days left until the 2014 Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA), the battle for Artist of the Year has taken an interesting turn with Super Junior taking the lead.

Up until this point, EXO and Winner have been fighting it out for the title in the polls, but as of about 5:30 p.m. KST on November 26, Super Junior has surged ahead, leading with 23.7 percent of votes, while EXO has slipped behind to second place with 19.7 percent of votes. Winner follows in third place with 18.7 percent of votes.

Super Junior also continues to have the most votes for Best Male Group, leading with 36.1 percent of votes, while EXO follows with 30.5 percent of votes.

EXO has taken the lead back from TVXQ in the Best Dance Performance Male Group category, however, with 37.3 percent of votes, as TVXQ trails behind with 32.2 percent of votes.

Singer Roy Kim will be lending his voice for the OST (soundtrack) of SBS’ Wednesday-Thursday drama “.”

Roy Kim’s new OST track is said to express the delicate feelings of Choi Dal Po’s (played by ) one-sided love for Choi In Ha (). The song harmonizes the singer’s sweet and gentle voice with the heartfelt lyrics and beautiful guitar melody.

The lyrics of the upcoming track perfectly capture the emotions of Choi Dal Po’s heart after being told not to have feelings for Choi In Ha in the third and fourth episodes of “Pinocchio.”

Roy Kim shared his thoughts on taking part in the drama OST: “I was able to sing happily for this drama with a beautiful story. I hope I can offer another kind of joy to the viewers.”

“Pinocchio’s” OST part two, featuring Roy Kim’s song, will be released on November 27 through various music sites including Mnet, MelOn, Bugs, and others.

Acting Couple Ji Sung & Lee Bo-young Expecting First Child 2014-11-24 List Major News More Service

After tying the knot in September of 2013, actor Ji Sung and his actress wife Lee Bo-young are expecting their first child.

Ji Sung's agency, Namoo Actors, confirmed the news saying that Lee is 10 weeks into her pregnancy.

Ji Sung and Lee Bo-young met in 2004 in the drama "Save The Last Dance". They announced to the public they were dating in 2007.

[2014 MAMA] Song Ji Hyo, Lee Kwang Soo, Lee Dong Wook, Choi Ji Woo and More to Head to Hong Kong as Presenters

With the big event drawing near, the 2014 Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) announced its impressive list of award presenters that will be joining the night of festivities.

CJ E&M revealed on November 24 that Kwon Sang Woo, Song Seung Heon, Choi Ji Woo, Yun Eun Hae, Lee Dong Wook, Park Bo Young, Kim Ji Hoon, Kim Ji Suk, Yeon Woo Jin, Han Groo, Kyung Soo Jin, Yoo In Na, Kang So Ra, Ahn Jae Hyeon, Park Min Woo, Lee Kwang Soo, and Song Ji Hyo will be present at the AWE in Hong Kong on December 3 as presenters.

Newlyweds Chae Rim and Gao Zi Qi will also be presenting awards, making the 2014 MAMA the first official appearance at a Korean event for the couple.

The 2014 MAMA staff stated, "We′re anticipating the people who made an overflowing amount of Asian content this year will be participating in the 2014 MAMA as award presenters. We are doing our best to create brilliant performances and things to see as amazing as the presenters lineup is."

The 2014 MAMA will take place on December 3. Voting will continue until December 2.
