Actress Yoon Eun Hye Attends “Samantha Thavasa” Store Opening

Actress Yoon Eun Hye recently attended the store opening for “Samantha Thavasa.”

On February 28, global handbag brand, “Samantha Thavasa” held a grand store opening at the Seoul Lotte Mall. Actress Yoon Eun Hye was dressed in a chic denim jumpsuit and orange heeled sandals for a vintage look. In order to pull the look together and bring out her silhouette, she also belted the jumpsuit with a black strap.

Yoon Eun Hye has been busy promoting “Samantha Thavasa” as the brand’s muse, and even collaborated with the brand as a celebrity designer, naming her own handbag line after her english name, “Grace.”

Some of the special limited edition bags Yoon Eun Hye designed include, “Grace Premium” and “Crocco Grace Premium.”

TVXQ’s U-Know Yunho Predicts He Will Be TVXQ Even After Ten Years

TVXQ’s U-Know Yunho firmly expressed his belief in being a member of TVXQ even after ten years.

In a recent interview and photoshoot with @Star1, U-Know Yunho predicted what his life would look like in ten years.

“More than anything, I think I will still be TVXQ,” said U-Know Yunho. “I will also be showing new sides of me at the same time. But I must not forget that I am Jung Yunho. I want to be the kind of a person who gives hopes and dreams to people by sending positive messages.”

A Pink Opens Their Own Facebook and Twitter Accounts

Looks like the girls have decided to branch out and create their own A Pink official SNS accounts!

On February 11, A Pink opened their own official Facebook page and shared photos from A Pink’s third mini album shoot and more!

The most recent event listed is A Pink member Chorong‘s live Facebook Q&A session that will take place on March 3, from 6:30 – 7pm. As the birthday girl, Chorong will be personally answering any questions that fans have for her. Fans have been reminded that A Pink’s native language is Korean.

Actor Lee Sun Ho Announces Marriage Date for May

Actor Lee Sun Ho will become a married man in May. It has been reported that his fiancee works in the fashion world.

A representative of the actor’s agency stated, “The two have very prudent and serious personalities and have decided to not waste time any further. These two people are a perfect match for each other.”

With the ideal height of 182 cm and very attractive features, Lee Sun Ho became an actor after graduating middle school and high school in the US. Th actor gained fame when he appeared as one of the “husbands” for the MBC reality show “We Got Married.”

Lee Sun Ho also worked in various productions including “Air City,” and “The Snow Queen.”

The couple will wed on May 17 in Seoul.

TVXQ’s Max Changmin and Mun Ka Young’s Couple Photoshoot Released

Mnet’s ghost romance drama Mimi’s lead, TVXQ’s Max Changmin and Mun Ka Young’s couple photoshoot has been released.

Max Changmin and Mun Ka Young recently participated in a photoshoot for the April issue of magazine The Celebrity.

In the drama, Max Changmin took the role of webtoonist Minwoo who struggles to find the lost memories of first love, while Mun Ka Young took the role of Mimi, an innocent high school girl who has her heart set entirely on her first love.

The photoshoot reflected their drama roles, featuring romantic and mysterious feel in the photos shot like movie still cuts.

CNBlue Fulfills Promise Made Nearly 1 Year And 8 Months Ago to Appear on “Weekly Idol”

Talk about securing your guests far, far in advance!

Or just wanting a guest to appear on your show really badly (after all, CNBlue is a pretty big deal!)

The “Weekly Idol” show reps recently revealed the paper contract CNBlue had signed on July 18, 2012! You can even see their thumb print stamps on the document binding them to their promise to appear on MBC Every1‘s “Weekly Idol.”

The “Weekly Idol” reps tweeted a message along with a photo on February 28 that read, “The moment we’ve been waiting for the last year and 8 months. Turn up the music! CNBlue will be appearing on ‘Weekly Idol.’”

As seen in the photo, the contract reads, “We, the four members of CNBlue, promise to hold hands with Korea’s foremost entertainment show, ‘Weekly Idol,’ make a guest appearance at the time of our comeback with our album, and deliver big laughs.”

CNBlue returned with their fifth mini album, “Can’t Stop” and have been actively promoting it on various broadcast music performance programs.

2NE1′s “Come Back Home” Music Video Release Delayed Until Monday

Unfortunately for excited fans, they will have to wait a couple more days to watch 2NE1‘s avant-garde music video for “Come Back Home.”

YG Entertainment announced on their official blog, “We sincerely apologize that 2NE1’s music video of ‘Come Back Home’ is being unexpectedly delayed due to the crew’s computer graphic work for the latter part of the clip. We expect the music video release date to be Monday morning, but we will make an official announcement with precise date and time on YG LIFE. We deeply appreciate your understanding.”

Likely, any adjustment or edits will make the music video that much more amazing!

Choi Won Young and Shim Lee Young Become Newlyweds

Actors Choi Won Young and Shim Lee Young vowed to be together forever on February 28 at the Coex Walkerhill Grand Ballroom in central Seoul.

At the press conference before their wedding, Choi Won Young expressed, “I was the one who asked her out first. I think I told her that maybe we can start to date just like any other normal couple.”

Upon hearing this, Shim Lee Young laughed and said, “He sounded so strong when he said those words.”

Choi Won Young also added, “When I first proposed to her, I had already prepared the ring in my car and asked her if she was ready to ride this car with me forever.”

The two met and acted as husband and wife on the MBC drama “A Hundred Years Legacy” last year. The two have already admitted that Shim Lee Young is pregnant, and has been so for the last 20 weeks.

It has been reported that the couple will postpone their honeymoon and instead, Choi Won Young will focus on his work for the drama “3 Days” and his newlywed wife will focus on her prenatal care.

Infinite Launches New Subunit “Infinite F” at World Tour Encore Concert

Boy group Infinite recently launched a new sub-unit group called Infinite F!

On February 28, Infinite performed at the Seoul Olympic Gymnastics stadium for a special world tour encore concert called, “One Great Step Returns” and surprised fans by introducing a new sub-unit comprised of members Sungjong, Sungyeol and L!

The three Infinite F members performed for the first time Infinite H’s song, “Alone,” Woohyun’s newest track, “When I Close My Eyes,” and a brand new track titled, “My Heart Races.”

Infinite and hip-hop sub-unit group, Infinite H’s comeback has been slated for a date sometime in the near future, but no details have been revealed to the public yet.

In related news, Infinite will also be putting on another concert on March 1. Over the course of their first world tour, “One Great Step,” Infinite traveled to 14 countries and met with 135,000 fans!

MC Kang Ho Dong Is Returning To MBC For a New Variety Show

One of Korea’s most famous MCs Kang Ho Dong is planning on coming back to MBC for a variety show alongside Radio Star’s previous writer Hwang Sun Young. This will be his first comeback in 7 months.

The title of the show has not been set yet but it has been confirmed that as well as with Hwang Sun Young, producer Hwang Gyo Jin who had previously produced “We Got Married,” and “World Changing Quiz Show” will join this duo. With this new information in mind, there has been growing expectation among the fans and the audience who hope for this trio to bring back the laughter that was missing in the MBC variety shows lately.

Kang Ho Dong is returning to MBC after the closing of his once unanimously well-liked show “Golden Fishery-The Knee Drop Guru.”

Actor Kim Woo Bin simply oozed with charm for his cool photo shoot with “The Star” magazine.

Kim Woo Bin’s dreamy photos were released on February 28 as part of the March issue for “The Star Magazine.”

In several shots, Kim Woo Bin sprawls in the folds of an ornate carpet rug and looks devilishly handsome while at it. His smoldering look and sexy poses especially worked surprisingly well with the interesting photo shoot concept.

Even the photographer praised him saying, “Out of all the stars I’ve seen, he is among the few photogenic stars.”

Kim Woo Bin told “The Star,” “I’m even busier after ‘The Heirs.’ Starting March, I’m going to be filming the movie, ‘The Technicians.’ I’m busy preparing for it right now. Although I want to play and drink until the crack of dawn, I’m too grateful for all of the opportunities I’ve received.”

Big Bang’s Seungri to Appear in His First Korean Drama

Seungri of Big Bang will appear in a Korean drama for the first time.

Seungri confirmed his role in a new SBS weekend drama, “Angel Eyes (working title),” which will begin airing in April.

According to an affiliate of the drama, “Seungri attended the first scrip reading for the drama on February 27 with other actors including Lee Sang Yoon, Goo Hye Sun, and Kang Ha Neul. The script reading completed in a harmonious mood.”

Seungri will be playing the role of a 119 (911) rescue worker who return to Korea after growing up overseas. He was raised by his grandmother, so he speaks Korean with a Choongcchung-do Province dialect and English with a Texan accent. He shows an obsession towards elders who live alone and suffer from dementia and causes problems because tries to exceed the bounds of his duties.

This will be Seungri’s first appearance in a Korean drama. After debuting in 2006 as a member of Big Bang, the singer has also been focusing on his solo career. Last year, he starred in the Japanese NTV drama special, “Kindaichi Case Files” working alongside Asia’s top idol stars.

“Angel Eyes” portrays the story of a man and a woman who are forced to let go of the first love but meet again after 12 years. The drama will replace the time slot of “Thrice Married Woman” once it concludes in April.

Boy Group 100%’s Leader Seo Min Woo Set To Enter Military Service Next Week

Male group 100%’s leader Seo Min Woo will join the army next week on March 4 and will enter the 306 reserve located in Uijeongbu. After 21 months of military service, the singer is scheduled to come out on December 3, 2015.

Born on February 8 in 1985, Seo Min Woo made his debut along with his group members as the leader in September 2012.

Managed by TOP Media, 100% is a 7-member boy group and their discography list includes, “Want U Back,” “Guy Like Me,” and “Still Again.”

Yeo Jin Goo to Star in $2 Million Budget Sci-Fi Fantasy, “Kwon Bob”

Actor Yeo Jin Goo will be starring in the $2 million high-budget sci-fi fantasy film “Kwon Bob” (aka Martial Arts).

“Kwon Bob” is a Korean-Chinese large scale collab project between CJ E&M and China Film Group (CFG), and the Chinese production company Pegasus & Taihe Entertainment will be co-distributing, sponsoring, and producing the film.

The film is a sci-fi fantasy set in a future with quickly depleting energy sources, and is about a high school boy named Kwon Bob (Yeo Jin Goo) who by chance comes to a village where criminals live, and must fight to protect the village’s secrets of unlimited energy from dangerous powers.

With a screenplay and direction by Park Kwang Hyun, the director of 2005′s “Welcome to Dongmakgol,” anticipation for this film is high. The film will start filming in the latter half of this year, and is tentatively set for a premiere in 2016.

On casting actor Yeo Jin Goo for the role of Kwon Bob, a CJ E&M official said, “In the emotional portrayal and action skill that he has shown us through various works, we saw an endless potential in him. We believe he is the best fit to pull off both the emotional and physical aspects of this film.”

Originally, the role of Kwon Bob was supposed to be done by actor Jo In Sung as his comeback film following his military discharge. In the beginning, the film production ran into difficulties, and the film was folded, then back up and running again. Eventually, after roughly a 3-year wait, although the film finally scored a budget of 20,000,000,000 won (approx $2 million), Jo In Sung withdrew from the film due to scheduling conflicts.

CNBlue’s Lee Jong Hyun Wants to Work with Kim Woo Bin

Lee Jong Hyun, member of boy band CNBlue, revealed he wants to work with Kim Woo Bin again.

On February 28, CNBlue appeared as guest stars on KBS Cool FM’s “Jo Jung Chi and Ha Rim’s 2 O’clock” and shared their thoughts and plans about making a comeback to the Korean stage after a year.

On the show, DJ Jo Jung Chi asked, “Do you have an actor you want to work with?” to which Lee Jong Hyun answered, “It would be great to work with my group members, but it would be awkward to see them so often.”

He added, “I would like to work with Kim Woo Bin again. He’s my favorite hyung after our members.” Lee Jong Hyun and Kim Woo Bin starred in SBS’ “A Gentleman’s Dignity” as Colin and Kim Dong Hyup.

Jung Yong Hwa evoked laughter with his answer saying, “It’s fun to meet new actors, but it would be even greater if I got to meet actresses.”

She told “GQ Korea,” “It was stressful to hear that my cute appearance didn’t necessarily go with the sexy concept I was going for. However, I think it’s only natural as time goes on that I eventually show my sexiness, since I’m a woman too.

When asked if she makes an effort to look sexy, she replied, “When you make a cute face and a sexy face, you use different facial muscles. The muscles for cute expressions are near your eyes, and you don’t really use any facial movement for sexy expressions.”
